Violations may result in removal from the program without refund and non-issuance of completion credentials.

6. AI Tools Usage

Use of AI tools (like ChatGPT) during programs depends on specific cohort rules:

• You must understand and be able to explain your work
• You may be required to disclose AI usage
• Final submissions remain your responsibility

7. Intellectual Property

• InternAge content, materials, and branding are our property
• Your project work remains yours, with license for InternAge to showcase
• You may not reproduce or distribute program materials without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

InternAge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific program.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
