Programme Information

During enrolment we may collect the programme selected, payment status, attendance records, assignment submissions, capstone project submissions, assessment results, mentor evaluations, completion status, and certification records.

Technical Information

When you visit our website we may automatically collect your IP address, browser information, device information, operating system, pages visited, session duration, referral source, cookies, and analytics information.

Communications

If you contact us we may retain emails, WhatsApp conversations, contact forms, support requests, feedback, and surveys.

5. Industry Mentors

InternAge programmes are delivered by experienced industry practitioners.

To facilitate mentoring, limited student information may be shared with assigned mentors, including name, email, programme enrolled, assignment submissions, project work, and progress reports. Mentors receive only the information reasonably necessary to support students.

6. Capstone Projects

Students may complete:

  • simulated industry projects,
  • internally designed projects, or
  • projects developed in collaboration with industry partners.

Where projects involve external organisations, only the minimum information necessary for project delivery will be shared.

Project ownership, confidentiality and intellectual property are governed separately by the applicable Programme Terms.

7. Placement Assistance

InternAge may provide placement assistance, employer introductions and career guidance.

With your consent, we may share relevant information such as your resume, portfolio, LinkedIn profile, GitHub profile, project summaries, skills, and assessment outcomes with prospective employers or industry partners.

We will not share your profile for recruitment purposes without an appropriate legal basis, such as your consent.

8. University Partnerships

Where students participate through a university or college partnership, InternAge may share programme-related information with the institution, including enrolment status, attendance, assignment completion, internship completion, and certification status.

We share only information reasonably necessary to administer the programme or fulfil agreed reporting obligations.

Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers.

InternAge does not store complete credit card, debit card or UPI credentials on its own servers.
