If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you may request a refund by contacting us at info@internage.com at least 48 hours before the official start date. Refund requests submitted less than 48 hours before start may not be processed.
Once the program has officially started, refunds are not available. This includes:
Cohort seats, mentor bandwidth, and tool access are reserved in advance. Once a cohort is planned, costs are committed. This policy ensures fair allocation of resources for all participants.

Email info@internage.com with your payment proof (screenshot/transaction ID). We will verify and confirm your enrollment within 24-48 hours.
Banks and payment providers typically auto-reverse failed transactions within 5-7 business days. If the amount is not reversed within this period, contact us with transaction details for assistance.
