Pricing, Payments & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the pricing, payment methods, and refund/cancellation terms for InternAge programs and services.

1. Pricing

  • Program fees are displayed on individual program pages
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
  • Fees may vary by program, track, and cohort
  • Some programs may be free or offer scholarships (clearly indicated)
  • Prices are subject to change; the price at time of payment applies

2. Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Bank Transfer (for institutional partnerships)

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. InternAge does not store your complete payment card details.

3. Refund Policy

Key Points:

  • Refund requests may be considered only if raised at least 48 hours before the official program start date
  • Once the program starts, no refund is to be expected

3.1 Before Program Start

If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you may request a refund by contacting us at info@internage.com at least 48 hours before the official start date. Refund requests submitted less than 48 hours before start may not be processed.

3.2 After Program Start

Once the program has officially started, refunds are not available. This includes:

  • Access to onboarding materials or cohort spaces
  • Start of the first session or module
  • Any form of program content delivery

3.3 Why This Policy?

Cohort seats, mentor bandwidth, and tool access are reserved in advance. Once a cohort is planned, costs are committed. This policy ensures fair allocation of resources for all participants.

4. Transfer to Another Batch

In exceptional circumstances, if you are unable to attend due to personal reasons and the program has not yet started:

  • You may request a transfer to a future batch (subject to availability)
  • Transfers are not guaranteed and are at InternAge's discretion
  • One transfer may be allowed per enrollment

5. Cancellation by InternAge

If InternAge cancels a paid program:

  • We will offer a transfer to an alternative batch/program, OR
  • Provide a full refund (processing time: 7-10 business days)

6. Payment Issues

Didn't receive confirmation?

Email info@internage.com with your payment proof (screenshot/transaction ID). We will verify and confirm your enrollment within 24-48 hours.

Payment failed but money deducted?

Banks and payment providers typically auto-reverse failed transactions within 5-7 business days. If the amount is not reversed within this period, contact us with transaction details for assistance.
